Educators have a lot to keep track of from, projects, meetings, extracurricular activities, to personal life. It can be a lot to keep track of, Google Calendar can help teachers stay organized by documenting all the events and allowing them to share their schedule with colleagues and others. Teachers can add more then one calendar, which can help keep different classes separate.

Google Tasks is a feature accessed through Gmail and Google Calendar that allows teachers to create detailed to-do lists. Google Keep allows the user to add images and test into the task lists and to collaborate with others.
