Google Calendar can also help with meetings, by sharing a meeting calendar. The coordinator can see who is available to find the best time. They can also attach a shared document to help outline what the meeting is going to be about on the meeting date on the calendar. A shared document can then also be used at the meeting to record the minuets. Also on the invitation sent to people by the coordinator can have the booked rooms and resources on it. Google Meet is a meeting forum that can be used to have video calls. It is integrated with your Gmail contacts. Google Meet can also do screen sharing for teaching remotely or sharing information during a meeting.
